Improving Global Sports Performance
As a former pitcher for the Boston Red Sox I have done my share of pitching, but am honored and delighted to now be ‘pitching’ for the FICS Foundation, the charitable foundation formed by FICS during the past year to support philanthropic projects for athletes, and education, research and voluntary service in sports chiropractic – all to improve global sports performance.
Our first projects are to support athletes with disabilities in both the developing and developed world. Read more about these projects, and the Foundation and its Board of Directors, here at this webpage.
Please join us in giving generously. While all donations are greatly appreciated, I urge you to consider a monthly contribution, at whatever level suits your situation. This will allow us to budget for and continue our programs of support – for example to para-powerlifters in the Philippines, Special Olympics children in the Congo and wheelchair rugby athletes in Australasia, Europe and North America.
